🦷👀 Wait… is that molar SIDEWAYS?!

Yep — teeth don’t always follow the rules! 😳 This molar came in at a very unusual angle, giving us a pretty incredible example of just how differently teeth can develop and erupt.

Even when a sideways tooth isn’t impacted, its position can make it harder to keep clean and may create areas where plaque and food can collect.
