This is a 40 yr old pt that presented with swelling on his upper jaw, his previews doctor had placed this pt on multiple rounds of antibiotics with no relief. A few days before coming to our office the patient felt something burst and the symptoms subsided. We took a maxillary 3D scan revealing a cyst on the front of his upper jaw. A large incision was made to expose the area and drain the cyst. A piece of the tissue was sent to pathology to be evaluated along with the liquid that was aspirated. A penrose drain was then placed for continuous drainage. We will be taking x-rays later on to compare how much the cyst has decreased.

Take a look at one of our latest gum graft procedure. A piece was taken from the patient's palate and placed on his lower front area. Simply amazing!!!!
