Pumpkin patch memories & a little fall magic! 🎃🍂✨

So glad we got to squeeze in one last pumpkin patch adventure with Flynn’s sweet fours class before our big move! 🧡 And of course, we had to bring a little Golden Greens goodness with our mini sourdough pumpkins! 🥖🎃

Sweet treats, happy kiddos, and memories to take with us! 🌻💛

✨ SOMETHING SWEET TO ANNOUNCE ✨

Golden Greens is officially baking up AWARD-WINNING goodies 🏆💛

I entered the Virginia State Fair thinking, well… let’s just see what happens. 😂
Apparently what happens is I come home with:

🥇 FIRST PLACE — Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Sourdough Cookies
🥇 FIRST PLACE — Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Homemade Toffee Walnut Sourdough Cookies
🥉 THIRD PLACE — Sourdough Chocolate Babkas

Three ribbons. Two blue. One very happy baker. 🥹🏆

These are my own recipes — tested, tweaked, and perfected until I got them exactly where I wanted them. So seeing all that work bring home three ribbons feels pretty incredible. 💛

Apparently all that obsessing over the tiniest details was good for something after all. 🏆✨

Keep it fresh. Keep it golden. ✨🌿💛

Breakfast, but make it ✨Golden✨ 🍞☕️🍳

I’ve been playing around with a steakhouse-style honey wheat brown sourdough — you know, that slightly sweet brown bread they bring to the table where you say, “I’ll just have one piece,” and suddenly half the loaf… or the whole loaf… is gone.🤣😆

Toasted with butter, eggs, and coffee this morning and yep… this one’s a keeper. 🤎🍞

✨ Keep it fresh, keep it golden. ✨

Just a little fair fun 🎡🍂✨

We happened upon a little ticket magic at exactly the right time, thanks to a very kind soul who thought of us. 💚 We had the BEST time soaking up all the rides, treats, lights & fall fair fun!

We also managed to squeeze in a little Golden Greens-style exploring — gardens, farm animals, horticulture, and all the good old-fashioned fair things in between. 🌱🐷🐓

Funny how a simple day at the fair can come with a few unexpected surprises… apparently, we picked a pretty good year to show up. 👀✨

✨ Keep it fresh, keep it golden. ✨

Two days late, but listen… these award-winning market videos take time. 😂🎬 We’re learning, we’re trying, and somehow we survived the Wizard of Oz–level wind without the pavilion taking flight. 🌪️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to the New Kent Farmers Market on Saturday, stopped by, grabbed some goodies, and supported Golden Greens. It was such a fun day, wind tunnel and all. 💚✨

And don’t forget — Fresh Bake Wednesday is TOMORROW! Swing by the shelf at STIR and treat yourself to something sweet. You deserve it. 😏🍪

Keep it fresh, keep it golden. ✨

Saturday’s looking a little extra fun. 🍂✨

I’ll be at the New Kent Farmers Market this Saturday, September 26th for the first fall market of the season — and my last New Kent market for a little while.

Come by, say hi, grab some favorites, and enjoy one more market day with me before the next adventure begins. 🚐💛

One more stop before the scenery changes. 🌿

Monday menu drop 🌿✨

This week’s menu comes with a little plot twist — September 30th will be the final STIR pickup for Golden Greens. 🚐💛

Golden Greens is simply changing lanes, changing scenery, and heading into a new chapter. Same little business, just making some moves and seeing where the road takes things. ✨

I’m so thankful for every order, every market, every conversation, and everyone who has made this such a fun ride.

Orders are due Saturday, September 26th at 3 PM for Wednesday, September 30th pickup.

Pickup times: 9 AM–1 PM & 5–7 PM.

New scenery. Same Golden Greens. Plenty more to come. 🌞🌱

Keep following along — things may look a little different, but I’m still out here moving and grooving. 😉

Quick lunch, but make it ✨fresh✨ 🌱

Turkey wrap + delicious goat cheese + homegrown tomatoes + a BIG handful of microgreens because honestly… microgreens always come in for the win. 🙌💚

Easy, crunchy, fresh, and so good.

🌱 Keep it fresh, keep it golden. ✨
