It's 3:30 PM. You're so close to ending your workday, but still have SO much to get done. Yes, the vending machine (or fridge) is right there and a large Diet Coke (or Starbucks Refresher) sounds delicious right now. But, is that what you really NEED? Probably not. A can of soda typically has more than 35 g of sugar; that's more sugar than doctors suggest we consume in a WHOLE day. Gone. In minutes.
Also, that can of soda is not going to solve your problem. You need ENERGY, FOCUS, a sweet little pick me up, without any sugar crash after. Y'all... I found it and she is delicious.
