Holistic healing treats the whole body; physical, mental and spiritual. When people have imbalances, it can effect their overall health. Physical illnesses are usually the symptoms of a greater imbalance.

​Energy healing is a non-invasive and completely safe therapy. People usually feel lighter and more relaxed after sessions.

​Holistic healing is not an alternative to conventional medical care, it is a compliment to it.

This is a powerful time to manifest!

Manifesting exercise:
1. Sit comfortably and center yourself. (Place your hands over your heart, feel your breath, and imagine your heart glowing & expanding)
2. Ask yourself what do you want to manifest in your life? Is it love, money, friendships, a new career, etc.
3. Now imagine this was already done and see and feel it as vividly as possible. Imagine even small details.
4. See yourself taking the steps needed to accomplish this. What would your day look like when it’s manifested? What would it feel like? How would you interact with others?
5. When you are done, feel gratitude for the experience and bringing it into your life.

Try to do this daily for a few weeks. Bringing it to your awareness brings it closer to reality. The more your awareness is there, the easier it will become to take the steps needed to achieving this. 💭❤️
