Even though we’re transitioning into Fall, our next series will explore the energy of Gemini. This post serves as an introduction, focusing on the end of spring as a mode of being.

Just as spring transitions into summer, the end of this season invites us to embody the energy of Gemini ♊—a time of curiosity, adaptation, and intellectual exploration. 

This is the mutable phase, a call for mental flexibility as we move from a period of fixed growth; symbolized by Ta**us ♉. A time of consistent effort to ground the initial ideas sparked in early spring, Aries ♈️. Now, we’re ready to question those ideas and adapt for what comes next.

Think of it as a “harvest of ideas.” It’s a time to reflect on what we’ve cultivated and process the lessons from our journey. We can let go of old beliefs that no longer serve us and make way for new growth.

Your energy is powerful. Are you tapping into that power daily?

No? Well then, It’s time to start.

Especially, if you feel lost, confused about what to focus on, or find it hard to make decisions that support the life and relationships you truly want to experience.

Everyday practice connecting with your energy, feeling it, and experiencing it.

The more awareness you have of your influence over it, the more power you will embody.

The more power you embody; the clearer your mind will be and the better your decisions will be. Your motivation will increase and your path will unfold step by step. Everything will start clicking. Things will start falling in place.

I wake up and start my energy practice each day which consist of breath work, meditation, reiki, yoga, qi going, and affirmation.

I’ve learned how to not only raise my vibration but channel my energy in productive ways. I talk to myself better and I hold myself accountable to what’s most important to me.

I’m not confused about what I need to be doing for myself to move things forward in my life. Not only do I know what I want and what I need to do get it, I am actively pursuing it.

I make decisions not from emotions or logical, but rather from intention and purpose. This didn’t happen overnight. It took years of one day at a time.

I know how hard it could to be to get started, but I know how rewarding it is to show up for yourself day in and day out and then to start to see yourself show up for you in ways you couldn’t imagine.

What dat mean? You start having more energy, patience, love, motivation, understanding, compassion, and wisdom. Your intuition is crystal clear and you don’t take stuff so personal.

Hey Y’all! We are checking in and letting y’all know that we postponed the Jamaica Retreat for not enough commitments to go.

We feel called to host another wellness retreat in Jamaica 🇯🇲. Because the first one was life changing. We came back feeling passionate and confident about what we needed for our lives and relationships.

We planted seeds during that trip and they have sprouted and grown into beautiful flowers that manifested in our lifestyle and relationships.

The POWER of clear INTENTIONS is real and that’s the space we create in Jamaica. It’s a moment to retreat from the hustle and daily grind of day to day life, to quiet your mind and hear the quiet voice of your soul.

We heard the feedback.. some want to know a year in advance and have payment plans. Some want private rooms. What do you want? What do you need?

✨ Why Speaking Your Truth Triggers Fear?

The knot you feel in your stomach when you have to speak your truth; Why does expressing yourself come with such anxiety?

This isn’t about one moment; it’s about a fear of abandonment triggering deep insecurity.

This insecurity drives you to believe that people are inherently going to hurt you. They become a problem to your sense of security.

You start to believe you must protect yourself, prepare for their inevitable departure, or even leave them before they leave you, unknowingly doing things to drive them away.

You either act defensively to avoid internal conflict, causing conflict with others, or you people-please to avoid external conflict, causing internal conflict.

This insecurity subtly distorts what’s really happening in situations, making you see only what confirms your fears.

As a result, to avoid the sinking feeling in your body, you make decisions out of reaction, often focusing on where others went wrong, completely missing your own opportunities for growth and healing.

This ingrained pattern, born from past wounds, becomes a limiting belief: “People can’t be trusted.

They will leave at some point. I’ve got to protect myself. Don’t let them get too close.” This belief prevents true connection and authentic expression.
