Today felt like one of those ordinary days that ends up being kind of magical. ✨
✔️ Day 3, Week 1 workout
✔️ Oliver walk while Nemo rested
✔️ High-protein lunch
Ground turkey, avocado, chives, shredded cheese, and cottage cheese whipped smooth with a hand mixer so it’s creamy instead of chunky. 😂
Before anyone says “eww”... trust me. I used to think the same thing. The protein is worth it.
Approx macros:
✨ 40-45g protein
✨ 10-15g carbs
✨ 20-25g fat
I’ve also been reading *The Magic* for the second time and taking a 30-day Netflix detox.
Somewhere along the way my feed became crime, murder, and bad news. It was affecting my mindset more than I realized.
So this month I’m choosing joy.

I also finally finished my vision book after procrastinating for weeks because I wanted everything to be perfect.
Turns out, clarity comes from doing.
Not waiting.
Now I’ve got six months left in 2026 and a clear vision of where I’m headed.
And honestly?
That feels really good. ✨
