Owners and Chefs Theresa Galli and Gavin Cady established The Fat Falafel with the goal of creating delicious, affordable, and socialy responsible street food. The core of their passion for the five thousand year old staple originates from the simplicity of the falafel. nd cheap and it pairs well with french fries. The couple could not come up with a better idea and they could not be more excited to share The Fat Falafel with all of New Orleans.
