❤️ Marriage, movement, and a little healthy competition.

There’s something special about chasing goals with the person you do life with.

💪 Accountability when motivation is low
🔥 A built-in workout partner every day
❤️ Quality time without screens or distractions
🏆 Celebrating progress together
😅 A little friendly competition never hurts
🧠 Less stress, more endorphins
🤝 Growing stronger together inside and outside the gym

Today’s workout:
🚴‍♀️ Peloton
🏃‍♀️ Treadmill
❤️ Teamwork

The workout only lasts an hour, but the benefits carry into every part of our lives.

Strong bodies. Strong minds. Strong marriage. 💙

Memorial Day hits different when you realize freedom truly isn’t free. 🇺🇸❤️

This morning my husband took on Murph and absolutely crushed it. A few weeks shy of 40 and he continues to amaze me with his discipline, strength, and mindset. It wasn’t easy, but he pushed through every single minute and finished the entire workout in 56 minutes. So proud of him. 💪🏼

I did my own version alongside him and felt completely pushed too exhausted by the end, but grateful for the ability to move our bodies and honor something bigger than ourselves.

Today is about remembering the fallen soldiers who gave their lives for our country and the families who continue living with that loss every day. We are forever grateful for the sacrifice, courage, and service of our military. 🇺🇸

The exhaustion at the end is temporary. The sacrifice made by so many families is forever. ❤️ .peltier

Happy Cinco de Mayo 🌮✨

Doing it right over here aka keeping it clean, fresh, and still SO good.

Grass-fed organic beef (always), loaded into my favorite grain-free, gluten-free tortillas, topped with crisp organic lettuce, fresh salsa, and all the guac 🥑

Because feeling good > food comas… but we’re not sacrificing flavor over here.

Simple. Nourishing. Delicious.
Happy fiesta 💃🏼

Meal prep Sunday on this gorgeous day ☀️✨

One of the biggest keys to staying on track with your health?
👉 Planning ahead.

When you meal prep, you take the guesswork out of “what should I eat?” when hunger hits. No more grabbing whatever’s convenient your body gets exactly what it needs, when it needs it.

Why meal prep works:
• Keeps you consistent (no decision fatigue)
• Supports blood sugar balance
• Helps you hit your protein goals
• Reduces cravings + overeating
• Saves time during busy weekdays

Every meal I prep includes:
✔️ Protein (to stabilize + build)
✔️ Healthy fats (for hormones + satiety)
✔️ Fiber (for digestion + fullness)

Think simple + balanced it doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

Future you will always be grateful when meals are ready to go 🙌🏼💙

This is what Saturday looks like over here w a jammed packed day.

Starting the day strong with a workout, a nourishing breakfast, and setting ourselves up for success because we know we’ll be out of the house all day.

We get this question ALL the time: “How do you stay healthy when you’re out all day or eating out?”

Here’s the secret… you don’t rely on willpower you plan ahead.

Today that looks like:
✔️ Prepping my own lunch
✔️ Packing high-quality snacks
✔️ Fueling my body first so I’m not showing up starving

I use the crowding out method I eat what I brought, nourish my body well, and then also enjoy what’s available without guilt or restriction.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about intention, balance, and setting yourself up to feel your best no matter where the day takes you ✨

Healthy living fits into real life… you just need a plan

02/28/2026

Healthy doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by intention. 🤍

Today looked like:

• Grocery shopping with a plan
• Reading labels
• Choosing real, nutrient-dense food
• 30 minutes on the Peloton even when I didn’t “feel like it”
• Meal prepping so the week doesn’t run me
• Cooking dinner for my family instead of grabbing something quick

Not because I’m perfect.
Not because I always feel motivated.
But because I choose to show up for myself.

Cooking at home is one of the most powerful health tools we have:

✨ You control the ingredients (no hidden oils, sugars, or additives)
✨ Better blood sugar balance
✨ More protein + fiber = stable energy
✨ Fewer inflammatory seed oils
✨ More connection around the table
✨ Long-term metabolic health

Health isn’t about extremes.
It’s about daily decisions that compound.

You don’t need a full reset.
You need small, consistent actions.

Go to the store.
Buy the real food.
Move your body.
Prep the protein.
Cook the meal.

That’s it. 🤍
