Welcome everyone to the new F2 (Fluid Ink 2) appointment only tattoo and piercing studio serving Western Wisconsin! It's been a dream of mine to open a second shop and I'm blessed to have it here in Western Wisconsin. My name is Chad and I've been in the tattoo and piercing industry for 34 years! Our St. Paul shop has been open since 2000 (25 years!). We currently take walk-ins and appointments at our St. Paul location. This location in New Richmond, WI will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
