🩷 DAY 13 | 30 DAYS OF PINK 🩷
How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

Thirteen days of pink and PURPOSE! Let’s keep raising breast cancer awareness and encouraging whole-person wellness in our Black and Brown communities. 🎀

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: A recent normal mammogram doesn’t mean you should ignore a new breast change. Contact your healthcare provider if you notice something unusual—even if your screening is up to date. (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Put your feelings into words. If cancer is touching your life, writing down what you’re feeling can help you sort through your emotions. Try this prompt: “Today I feel ___, and what I need is ___.” (cancer.gov)

📖 Take a step toward YOUR BETTER while supporting a meaningful cause! Purchase 30 Days Toward Your Better, a journey toward wholeness—mind, body, and spirit. 50% of the proceeds will be donated to breast cancer research. 🩷

Today we honor Indigenous Peoples’ Day! 💕
How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink?

As we wear pink, we honor the histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples—and affirm that Indigenous, Black, and Brown communities deserve compassionate, culturally responsive care. 🎀

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: Need help accessing screening? Ask your local health department or tribal health clinic about screening assistance and patient navigation. CDC-supported programs, including those serving American Indian and Alaska Native communities, help eligible women access screening and follow-up care. (cdc.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Seek connection that feels right for you. If cancer is touching your life, ask about peer support that honors your background and experiences. You can begin by simply listening—sharing your story is your choice. (cancer.gov)

Today’s reminder: Your culture deserves respect. Your voice deserves to be heard. Your whole self deserves care. 🩷

Happy Sunday! 🙏🏾💕 How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink?

Whether it’s your Sunday best or a little pink accessory, let’s keep showing up with love and purpose—raising breast cancer awareness in our Black and Brown communities! 🎀

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: A lump isn’t the only change to watch for. Breast swelling, skin dimpling, a newly inverted ni**le, or ni**le discharge other than breast milk should be checked by a healthcare provider. These changes don’t always mean cancer, but they deserve attention. (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Give yourself grace today. If you’re navigating cancer, you don’t have to force a smile or explain your feelings before you’re ready. Choose someone safe to talk with when you feel comfortable. Faith and honest feelings can exist together. (cancer.gov)

Today’s reminder: You can be grateful, faithful, and still need support. 🩷

How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

Nine days in, and we’re still wearing pink with PURPOSE! 🎀 From a bold outfit to a little pink ribbon, let’s keep breast health conversations going in our Black and Brown communities.

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: Bring your questions to your next healthcare visit! Write down concerns about breast changes, screening, or test results, and ask your provider to explain anything that’s unclear. Your questions deserve time and clear answers. (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Find support where you feel understood. If you’re navigating cancer, ask about a counselor or support group that respects your culture, faith, and experiences. Some cancer support groups bring together people with shared cultural backgrounds—you deserve a space where you can be yourself. (cancer.gov)

Today’s reminder: Your voice matters in your care. 🩷

🩷 DAY 7 | 30 DAYS OF PINK 🩷
How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

We’ve been at it for ONE WEEK! 😆🎉👏🏾 Seven days of pink, purpose, and meaningful conversations about breast health in our Black and Brown communities. Thank you for wearing, sharing, and showing up! 🩷

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: Feeling well doesn’t mean you can skip screening. Mammograms can find breast cancer before symptoms appear. Ask your healthcare provider when you’re due—and if you’re due now, make that appointment! (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Make room for something you enjoy. If cancer is touching your life, music, reading, or a favorite hobby can offer a welcome pause when you have the energy. You’re allowed moments of joy while navigating something hard. (cancer.gov)

One week down—let’s keep caring for ourselves and each other, mind, body, and spirit! 🙏🏾💕

How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

A pink tie, socks, scarf, or lipstick—let’s wear it with purpose and keep breast cancer awareness growing in our Black and Brown communities!

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: Men can get breast cancer, too. A new breast lump, ni**le discharge, or changes to the ni**le or skin deserve prompt medical attention. Brothers, your breast health matters, too! (cdc.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Check on the caregiver. If you’re caring for someone with cancer, share responsibilities and make time for your own needs. Ask someone to cover a task so you can take a break. Loving others includes caring for yourself. (cancer.gov)

Today’s reminder: The person giving support deserves support, too. 🩷

How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

A pink purse, polish, tie, or tee—let’s keep the creativity going and the breast health conversations growing in our Black and Brown communities!

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: Do you know your breast density? Dense breast tissue can make cancer harder to see on a mammogram and increases breast cancer risk. Ask your provider what your mammogram report says and what screening options fit your personal risk. (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Let someone help with the load. If you’re navigating cancer, ask for something specific—a ride, a meal, or help with an appointment. Your care team’s social worker can also connect you with practical and emotional support. Receiving care is an act of strength, too. (cancer.gov)

Today’s reminder: You deserve clear answers, compassionate care, and a community that shows up. 🩷

🩷 DAY 4 | 30 DAYS OF PINK 🩷
How many days, and in how many ways, can YOU wear pink? 💕

It’s Communion Sunday, but we snuck in some PINK! 😉🩷 Honoring our faith while keeping breast cancer awareness visible in our Black and Brown communities.

🎀 Breast cancer awareness tip: A callback after a mammogram does not automatically mean cancer—most people called back are not diagnosed with breast cancer. Follow through with any recommended testing and ask questions until you understand your next steps. (cancer.gov)

💗 Mental health tip: Make room for a quiet pause today. A few minutes of gentle breathing or relaxation can help ease stress. Pray, breathe, and give yourself permission to rest. Caring for yourself belongs in your Sunday, too. (mayoclinic.org)

Faith and caring for our health can walk together—mind, body, and spirit. 🙏🏾🩷
