Sunday Morning ✨

I picked all the ingredients by intuition and what I had around the house. ⁣
⁣
A mix of salts, activated charcoal & reporpouse roses. It was perfect and exactly what I needed 🙌⁣

Detox, cleanse, let go 🖤⁣
⁣
P.S I just started reading "Moon Magic" and I am pretty sure I am going to love it. I am taking it to the beach with me this morning. ⁣

For now all I know is that it's simply beautiful, smells delicious and leaves my skin feeling amazing.⁣

Coconut milk powder, mixed salts and herbs 🥥🌿⁣
I added the strawberries and flowers just because I can be a little extra 😉⁣

Five years ago, I came up with what today is Mama Boo Essentials and of course I found 1000+ reasons why I should not do it and talked my way out of it 😐⁣ ⁣
But let's just say that it wasn't our time.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Today, MBE is an exciting/beautiful project! Seeing it grow a little bit every day, knowing that soon it will be up & running and thinking of all the beautiful souls that will benefit from it, fills my heart with nothing but gratitude ✨⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Anyway, all this just to say "keep going, don't give up, your time is coming, trust in the universe (God, your higher power, the divine or whatever you believe in). ⁣⁣

It is a lot of work but I promise that t is so worth it.⁣⁣

Do you pay attention to the ingredients on your everyday products (food, self-care and cleaning products? ⁣
Do you read labels?⁣

I started being more careful at the beginning of 2012 when I switched to a plant based diet but never really thought about looking into the ingredients of the things I was putting on my body 🤢 But at the end of 2018 we were basically forced to make drastic changes after my husband got diagnosed with stage 4 neck cancer ⁣ 🙌

Which is why you can rest assured that we only use the best ingredients. ⁣⁣
Everything is natural, vegan, free of synthetic oils and fragrances.⁣⁣
Shouldn't it be that way, anyway?⁣⁣

We don't put yucky stuff on our bodies and we don't want you to put them on yours either.⁣⁣⁣

I know that making time for yourself may seem difficult but that commitment to yourself is what is going to help you stay sane during such difficult times.

There are many ways of self-care. A bath salt is definitely one of my favorites
😉 but here is why:
