✨Why you should stop focusing on what the scale says✨
•
I have been 168 lbs twice in my life. The first time was before I was nutritionist and wasn’t into any sports. I was a size 12.
•
The second time was during covid. I was a size 6.
•
Most people want to “lose weight” and get obsessed with what the scale says. If we change the focus to “body recomposition”—this journey will be a lot easier, I promise.
•
The picture above are equal weights of fat and muscle. If we change the focus to fat loss or muscle gain, “losing weight” will become a lot more attainable. Weight is not an indicator of failure or success in your goals—it is simply a measurement tool for progress.
