0.15 mm vs. 0.25 mm vs. 0.5 mm—what’s the difference?

• 0.5 mm: more intensive and designed for less-frequent, targeted use
The biggest difference? Convenience. MesoLyft’s original 0.15 mm system delivers the serum as you roll, while traditional dermarollers are separate tools that require more careful handling, cleaning and correct use.
I personally love the traditional rollers for the scalp and pair them with MesoLyft Hair Serum as part of my hair-care ritual. Microneedling is being studied for its potential to support certain hair-loss treatments, but results vary and it isn’t appropriate for every scalp condition.
