Day 12: I didn’t feel like it… but I showed up anyway. 💪🏾🔥

Sometimes the biggest win isn’t the workout itself — it’s pressing PLAY when your mind gives you every excuse not to. Today I chose me, and that’s a choice I’m committed to making daily.

I jumped into a quick WeDo Transformations cardio session just to get my heart rate up… and listen, that little “just a few minutes” turned into a whole mood shift.

✨ This morning I woke up hungry 😩 with a headache 🤕 and craving something to actually chew instead of sipping my usual meal replacement shake 🥤.

So I switched it up and made this quick pre-workout breakfast:

🍳 2 scrambled eggs (olive oil spray)
🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
🍘 1 White Cheddar rice cake
🧂 Seasoned with black pepper, Goya Sazonador Total & Himalayan pink salt

💪🏾 Macros: ~260 cal | 17g protein | 9g carbs | 17g fat
