Life is busy.
It's hard to keep everything organized and tidy.
And maybe you don't want to have an organized life.
But moving forward will require far less energy if you remove the excessive baggage and tension.
Everything in your life is energy.
If you're carrying too much, physical or emotional, your progress will be hampered.
Some things are important and some things are urgent.
Most people spend their life prioritizing urgent and "shallow" activity, e.g., answering emails, putting out proverbial fires, and just day-to-day stuff.
Very few people have organized their lives to prioritize almost exclusively important and "deep" activity, e.g., learning, health, relationships, travel, and goals.
No one cares about your success more than you do.
If you're not a meticulous accountant about the important details of your life, then you aren't responsible enough to have what you say you want.

Home remedies for colds:
Turmeric
Turmeric is another home remedy which has been used to treat cold from ages. Turmeric has an active compound called curcumin which treats many respiratory tract issues including cold. Turmeric possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which ease you from symptoms of cold and provide relief.
Ingredients:
😀1 tsp cinnamon
😀1 pinch of nutmeg
😀1 pinch of clove
😀1 pinch powdered black pepper
😀Raw honey to sweeten
😀2 cups of water
😀¼ liter milk
😀Turmeric
Preparation:
😀Boil water in a kettle on a low flame.
😀When the water begins to boil, add all the herbs to it.
😀Let it boil for another 5 minutes.
😀Let it cool
😀Strain the solution to remove the solid ingredients
😀To this solution add milk and honey
😀Stir well
😀Now add Turmeric and mix well.
😀Drink this tea 2 to 3 times a day to get relief from cold

😊When standing in line at a coffeeshop, don’t talk on the phone. Especially when the barista is already asking you questions. It’s impolite to make everyone wait and listen to your conversation.
😊Don’t bring your pets, mostly dogs, with you everywhere you go. They don’t enjoy shopping, even if it’s at a pet shop. Other people don’t enjoy your big clumsy dog or a small barking one either. The same goes for when you’re invited to a house party. Always ask first if you can take your dog with you.
