Super easy 4 ingredient ice cream cake that HITS the spot!
1 loaf store bought pound cake
Ice cream of choice - I used Kesar Pista Kulfi
Whipped cream
Chopped pistachios
Slice the pound cake lengthwise.
Layer with the ice cream ending with a layer of cake.
Wrap tight and freeze.
Thaw for about 20-30 minutes before serving. Just before serving, cover with whipped cream and top with chopped pistachios. Slice and serve. Perfect for summer gatherings! So good!
