As analytical people (guilty!), our default setting when facing stress, burnout, or anxiety is to try and understand it. We read the data, we track the metrics, and we learn the mental health terminology and how the various types of chemicals work in the brain. But logic alone cannot purge accumulated stress from the physical body.
