What you believe sets the tone for what manifests for you. ✨

I’m not saying that belief is the only ingredient needed for success, hard work and persistence are high up there. Faith is one of the major contributors to success though.

Our beliefs take root in childhood and through the experiences we encounter. However, we are more likely to believe in limitations than in miracles.

Working on our limiting beliefs is the most essential practice in achieving anything we want in life! 👸🏻

Have you ever struggled to fit a label?

Even the most accomplished people struggle with the pressures of labels and what they’re “supposed to do”.

Remember to ask yourself these questions:
1️⃣ Why am I doing this?
2️⃣ Does this honour my values?
3️⃣ Is this serving anyone?

Your unique path calls for out of the box actions, however, remember to beware of your ego. Sometimes, it can lead you astray and on the opposite direction to where your values lie.

Happy Saturday! 🧚🏻‍♀️

I was thinking today, of all the things that make me smile and created a favourite things list. I’ll end up adding to this for sure! 🤩

These are a few of my favorite things:
🪄Absorbing cotton candy skies and moonlit nights.
🪄Endless conversations, under the blanket of stars.
🪄Christmas movies and peppermint chocolate bark.
🪄Sounds of waves crashing and quieting the mind.
🪄Morning cup of warm chai and birds singing joyfully.
🪄First sounds of rain and the exquisite aroma of clay it emits.
🪄Walking barefoot on grass, on a warm sun-drenched day.
🪄A long, tight, warm hug from those that truly care.
🪄Kisses from the one that awakens the butterflies.

Have you doubted your own intuition?

You’re not alone. We’ve all had clear signs and feelings that something may be off in a connection, but we ignore them.

We often sooth ourselves by saying things like “I’m overthinking again” or “I’m being silly”, in fear of not “causing trouble”.

Being sensitive is a strength, and it attunes you to feelings that others aren’t really aware of until later. Follow your feeling, if it turns out to be nothing to worry about, great!

Trust yourself, your intuition is a powerful directive. ✨

This one goes out to each and every one of us that has had / or is having, even an ounce of doubt in our own worth.

I hear you.
I see you.
I appreciate you.

True story: I woke up one day feeling so down in the dumps about who I was seeing in the mirror that it propelled me to take action and DO something about it. I soon found out that one doesn’t just pivot and feel confident, worthy and awesome; it takes work, inner and outer, to get to that place.

I only have one tip to share with you today:
🥰 Begin by developing the practice of loving yourself so fiercely that nothing and no one can ever take that away from you.

You. Are. More. Than. Enough!!!
