The Heartfulness Institute is a global non-profit organization dedicated to teaching relaxation, rejuvenation, and meditation to seekers all over the world. And they’ve been greatly impacted by the pandemic. A recent study evaluated the use of Heartfulness Meditation and Audio Brainwave Entrainment to help teenagers cope with mental health issues. The results were impressive.
