HOW I’M STILL MOVING LIKE THIS AT 68. 🚴♂️🏃♂️
Five things I prioritize to keep my body strong, mobile, and active:
🚴♂️ **1. I cycle regularly.**
Cycling keeps me moving, challenges my endurance, and gives me a reason to get outside. I don't ride because I'm trying to prove I'm young. I ride because I want to stay capable of doing the things I love.
🏃♂️ **2. I keep running and staying active.**
Running, walking, hiking, and other physical activities keep movement built into my everyday life. Consistency beats doing one hard workout and then sitting around all day.
💪 **3. I train strength, mobility, and balance.**
I work on my legs, core, flexibility, and overall mobility. Staying fit isn't just about muscles—it's about maintaining the ability to move confidently and independently.
💜 **4. I take Sculptique as part of my daily wellness routine.**
I use **Sculptique** because I want to support healthy circulation and lymphatic flow as part of my overall routine. It doesn't replace exercise, good nutrition, or recovery—it complements them.

🌙 **5. I take recovery seriously.**
Stretching, hydration, sleep, rest days, and listening to my body are just as important as training. You don't stay active for decades by constantly pushing through everything.
I'm 68—and I'm not trying to move like I'm 30.
I'm trying to keep my body capable enough to **cycle, run, train, travel, and enjoy life** for as many years as possible. 🔥
