It’s funny. People ask me all the time - “oh, aren’t you a vegetarian?!”
Uh. Nope. Love me some clean protein like organic, free range chicken and eggs and organic, grass fed beef.
Women…once you hit “the change” you must make sure you’re eating enough protein to go along with your strength training!
Dinner tonight was red leaf lettuce salad with a dusting of fresh grated parmesan and grass fed beef bruschetta with home made roasted tomatoes, baby arugula and balsamic drizzle.
Yeeaaaaaaa. It was goooood. 😉
