Thank you to all the lovely ladies who nominated me for this. It’s been lovely seeing you all and for the reminder of all the energies encompassed by the divine feminine.

It can be quite difficult to navigate through the waters these days. To feel supported, to trust in the unfolding, to rest easy in the heart.

Whenever, the pulls of the world seem too much to handle, take a moment to remove yourself from all the distractions. Find a place in nature to settle, to return to your center. Place one hand on a stone, water, grass, earth, a tree, any element that is calling to you. Place your other hand on your heart.

Begin to elongate the breath. Finding your rhythm, slow and steady. Allow the body to soften, the brow, the jaw, neck, shoulders, heart space. Letting this softness flood the entire body, creating space, releasing restrictions.

With each exhale, offer up all the worries, concerns, traumas, that are keeping you from accessing your highest potential. With your in breath feel your body, flooded with Prana, the sustainer of life.

Each breath in is an invitation for you to move forward creating the life of your dreams. Let it infuse you.

The great mother energy is here at your fingertips, ready to absorb any pains, to transmute them and fill you with her nourishment. Call on her. Call on us.

THE ALL KNOWING EYE

Whenever I am having difficulty in processing things in life I find myself turning to Nature for support. A few days ago I was going through a rough patch, struggling to keep the fear and anxiety of what is going on during this pandemic at bay.

Searching for clarity I went for a long walk through my neighborhood parks to move some energy. It was on this excursion that I ran across a fallen tree and thought ah The Eye of Horus, and immediately felt enveloped in protective energy.

I then became curious about where this download came from and what The Eye of Horus represented as I couldn’t recollect studying it previously. I do know that as you open to the support of the Universe these types of synchronicities become more frequent so upon returning home I began researching and found that it is indeed a sign of protection from ancient Egyptian mythology. It is believed to have healing powers and means Whole One or All Seeing Eye.

Horus is an ancient Sky God whose left eye represents the Moon and right eye the Sun. In mythology, a battle occured between Horus and Set, a Storm God associated with strange and frightening events. During the battle Horus´left eye was torn out and Set lost his testicles, Ouch! Thoth, the creator God, then restored Horus’ eye, and he was given the name Wadjet meaning whole or healthy one.

The restored eye became a symbol of life, resurrection and re-establishing order from chaos. The New Moon symbolizes his eye appearing to have been torn out of the sky and the Full Moon the restoration of Horus’ eye.

I spent some time today revisiting the Eye of Horus and meditating on it’s teachings. During this evening’s Pink Supermoon I invite you to take a moment to step outside and bathe in it’s protective and healing rays. Breathe it’s healing power deep into your lungs.

I’ll be offering a Live Meditation ‪at 4:44 am EST April 8‬ on Instagram .nature, establishing our connection to the abundant healing and protective energy that has been offered to us by tonight's Full Moon.
