Half of the world population bleed but yet we feel ashamed and uncomfortable when it comes to periods. Why you ask?
Because we don’t talk about it enough. Every taboo think became normal after people started talking about them and little by little our ears got used to them to a point that we don’t even remember it was taboo anymore.
Periods are normal and they are part of our body’s function the same as sweating, growing hair, blinking and ...
