A space where held patterns can be met safely, supporting a deeper sense of ease, connection, and stability within the body. Paulina Rzeczkowski, MD, offers body-led somatic work that supports the release of emotional and relational patterns held in the nervous system. Her work is grounded in attuned presence and unfolds at a pace the body can integrate, supporting a more stable sense of safety, c

larity, and regulation within the body. Many individuals arrive already insightful and functional, yet continue to experience underlying tension, anxiety, or a persistent sense of anticipation. This work addresses what remains held beneath cognitive understanding, allowing the body to complete patterns that are no longer needed. Her approach draws from somatic practice, Ayurveda, and a background in Western medicine. Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, it supports a shift in how individuals relate to their internal experience—restoring coherence, resilience, and capacity over time. Ayurvedic principles, including nutrition and lifestyle, are integrated where appropriate to support the body as a whole system. Ayurvedic nutrition consults are also available. This work is suited for individuals who are ready to engage in a more direct, embodied process of change.

An New Offering and Invitation:

As spring slowly gives way to summer, nature shifts from the heaviness and renewal of spring into the brighter, more outward energy of the warmer months. In Ayurveda, seasonal transitions are times when we are especially sensitive — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Even beautiful change can ask a lot of the nervous system.

Many of us are moving through transitions of our own:
changes in relationships, work, identity, health, family, grief, growth, uncertainty, or simply the exhaustion of holding so much for so long.

This past year, much of my energy went toward caring for my mother through a very difficult season. While deeply meaningful, it also reminded me how essential support, rest, healing touch, and community truly are.

During times like these, healing often asks us not to push harder, but to soften.

To slow down enough to listen. To reconnect with the body.
To remember that we are not meant to heal alone.

Recently, a few friends and I gathered simply to rest, offer healing presence to one another, and create space to soften together. The experience was deeply nourishing and inspired a new offering I’m excited to begin sharing with old and current clients:

Rest & Restore: An Embodied Healing Circle

I’m excited to share a new offering starting June 1st:
Rest & Restore: An Embodied Healing Circle 🌿

A gently guided space for women rooted in co-regulation, restorative touch, healing presence, and community care.

As we move through seasonal and life transitions, many of us are carrying far more than we were ever meant to hold alone. This offering was born from a deep reminder that healing happens in relationship, in safe spaces, and in community.

I shared more about the inspiration behind it, along with all the details, in my latest newsletter here:

We’ve traveled the world
Inner and outer
Transcended time and space
Through worlds of pain
To see the sun rise again

And still we stand shining
Amidst life’s chaos
Having persevered
From survival to thriving
Embracing the mystery of life-ing

And today, on this Mother’s Day,
Whether mothered by blood, spirit, earth, or grace
May Divine Mother’s love
Replenish us all

With the embodied knowing:

You are loved
Just as you are.

Happy Mother’s Day.

(A little delayed due to enjoying the day 😊 fully)

Even The Ocean Waits

And in the depths of darkness
comes a moment of reckoning –

to continue on the same path
of destruction and self-harm
or to change course
toward smoother waters.

What will you choose?
How can you choose?
How does one choose
when you can't see
the choices
in the darkness before you?

You don't.

You wait…
for the storm to still,
for the clouds to clear.

Nothing ever lasts forever.
Nothing ever will.

And then –
you choose.

Something different.

Right way? Wrong way?
Who’s to say.

Make a choice.
Feel your way.
Trust you’ll always be redirected
along the way.

The path before you
is just one step.
That’s all you need
to change your day.

In the darkness,
rest and pray.

Allow what is
to find its way
into awareness –
and consciously stay,
here,
with what shows up

to be witnessed,
acknowledged,
held,
loved,

and maybe –
just maybe –
seen and met
for exactly what it is.

No fixing.
No shifting.
No changing
to make yourself more comfortable.

Just showing up
to see
and be seen
exactly where you are.

And from this space,
allowing
the winds of change.

From this place
of softening,
nature flows –
and you flow too.

For you are nature, too.

Earth Day

She is not just something we walk on.
She is something we are intricately part of.

The same force that grows forests,
moves tides,
and turns seasons
is the force moving through you.

Nature is not separate from you.
Nature is within you.
You are Nature.

Your body, your breath, your brain…
every cell carries ancient wisdom.
You are the microcosm of the macrocosm.
We are, quite literally, stardust.

As we honor the Earth “out there,”
let’s remember to honor the Earth within.

As you slow your breath,
your mind slows too.
And in that space—listen,
to your own rhythms.

The more we live in alignment
with Mother Earth,
the more harmony we see—
out there and within.

Let us not force healing…
but soften and surrender,
just enough — for a
gentle invitation of relaxation.

Let your bones grow heavy.
Sink in.
Feel the Earth hold you—
safe, nourished, and home.

Today, and every day,
remember—
you are Nature. 🌿

Your skin is not just reacting.
It’s communicating.

We’re taught to treat skin from the outside.

But what if your skin is actually speaking for what’s happening inside?

In this article, I explore how skin reflects:

– stress and the nervous system
– digestion and inflammation
– emotional patterns and stored experiences
– subtle energetic imbalances

A more integrative way to understand skin health—and what your body may be trying to tell you.

Grateful to The National Aesthetic Spa Network (NASNPRO) for the opportunity to write this piece.

May you and all beings be at peace.

With great joy and tenderness in my heart, I embarked on a beautiful adventure with Tinisha O'chelle Walker on what we affectionately called “monk chasing.”

It was a gift and a blessing to be in the presence of the Buddhist monks walking from Texas to Washington, D.C. They are palpably spreading peace, loving-kindness, and compassion with us all.

There is a beautiful concept — and an even more beautiful lived experience — known as darshan.

Darshan is the transmission of energy that happens simply through being in the presence of a monk, wherein the body and nervous system naturally attune to the peace they embody.

No meditation.
No effort.
No doing.

A blessing received by beholding.

In the ‘afterglow’ of being in their presence, the felt sense of quiet unshakeable peace can linger for days or weeks.

Today, I felt bathed in the collective field created by the sangha — the community of monks, walking this 2,300-mile journey in mindful discipline and devotion.

Their presence and teachings are a living reminder to —

Slow your breath to slow your mind.
Look within and you will find
peace is always here, inside.
You are full and already wise.

As the body remembers the way home through mindful presence, the monks left us with a simple morning practice:

Each day, write on paper —
Today is going to be my peaceful day.

Where might you soften just enough to remember your own inner peace?
