An New Offering and Invitation:
As spring slowly gives way to summer, nature shifts from the heaviness and renewal of spring into the brighter, more outward energy of the warmer months. In Ayurveda, seasonal transitions are times when we are especially sensitive — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Even beautiful change can ask a lot of the nervous system.
Many of us are moving through transitions of our own:
changes in relationships, work, identity, health, family, grief, growth, uncertainty, or simply the exhaustion of holding so much for so long.
This past year, much of my energy went toward caring for my mother through a very difficult season. While deeply meaningful, it also reminded me how essential support, rest, healing touch, and community truly are.
During times like these, healing often asks us not to push harder, but to soften.
To slow down enough to listen. To reconnect with the body.
To remember that we are not meant to heal alone.
Recently, a few friends and I gathered simply to rest, offer healing presence to one another, and create space to soften together. The experience was deeply nourishing and inspired a new offering I’m excited to begin sharing with old and current clients:
Rest & Restore: An Embodied Healing Circle
A gently guided healing circle for women rooted in co-regulation, restorative touch, attuned presence, and community care.
