Not all fillers are the same—and choosing the right one matters 💉✨

Here’s a quick breakdown of common hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers used for lips:

• Juvederm family – smoother, more hydrating(Ultra XC = more volume, Volbella = softer + subtle definition)

• Restylane family – slightly firmer, great for structure(Kysse = flexible + natural movement, Refyne = soft definition)

3 Things to NEVER do when you have lip filler:

1. Smoking/Vaping/Hookah - any type of smoking whether the smoke is visible or not is extremely harmful to your body and will negatively affect your lip filler. Hyaluronic acid filler draws water to the lips to plump then every-time you smoke you are drying out your lips, reducing the amount of water to your lips and skin and drying out your filler. In addition, the constant muscle pull of your orbicularis oris muscle a complex, multi-layered circular muscle that encircles the mouth will cause your filler to move and/or migrate and metabolize quickly.

2. Excessive straw use: I know the Stanley cup is trending and drinking from a large straw looks cute. However Excessive straw use strengthens the orbicularis oris muscle and can contribute to peri oral lines or smoker lines around the lips. Smokers lines will decrease the aesthetic look of your lip filler and increase the need for additional aesthetic treatments in the future.

3. Not dissolving overfilled lips- If you have hyaluronic acid lip filler (the only type I inject) your lip filler is DISSOLVABLE. Do not request more lip filler if your filler has migrated, you have nodules or if your lips are overfilled. DISSOLVE DISSOLVE DISSOLVE and start over.

GOLF GIRLIE || Honestly I am torn between being a or a because truly I’m just a lover of both. This is a lil bit of last years Houston Open. Hope you enjoy.

The is a golf tournament right before The Masters in Augusta GA The Memorial Park Golf course ⛳️ is very similar to the Augusta golf course so it’s a comparable golf course course so the best players in golf assemble to Memorial Park to get ready for The Masters.

The Houston Open is so much fun and better in person. There are different clubs you can get covered seats and an array of food throughout the day. My favorite club is club 18 but it’s probably because I love Lexus
