Since you're staying indoors while Sandy passes, try some indoor workouts to pass the time..... 8-minute abs-do 8 different ab exercise for one minute each. Do 3-5 sets of 8-15 reps of dips using your couch or chair. Do 3-4 reps of 6-10 sets of standing lunges and squats. Perform as many push ups as you can in 45-60 seconds. Add a 60-second plank at the end of your workout.
