At Healthylicious Bliss, our Eat the Rainbow Nutrition Program 🌈 students explore how food is brain food and body fuel ~ helping them learn, grow, and thrive.

Each color has its own superpower:
🔴 Red foods (strawberries, tomatoes, red peppers, watermelon) support heart health, memory, and immunity.
🟠 Orange foods (carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges, mangoes) help keep eyes sharp, skin glowing, and immune systems strong.
🟡 Yellow foods (bananas, pineapple, corn) provide energy, support healthy skin, and boost immunity.
🟢 Green foods (broccoli, spinach, cucumbers, kiwi, green apples) help build strong bones, aid digestion, and give lasting energy.
🔵 Blue foods (blueberries) are powerful brain boosters packed with antioxidants that support heart health and immunity.
