The 10th year of Black Yoga Teachers Alliance 💜💜💜! This was my first year coming to the BYTA conference and it did not disappoint. My heart is full and my soul has been soothed.
So much love to all the teachers, presenters, participants and organizers.

I was SUUUUUUUPER excited to meet 2 of my yogi sheros - Dr. Gail Parker Gail Parker and Jana Long.Jana Long !! They were both so kind and gracious. I am on cloud 9, y'all

I learned so much and that helped me make a big decision. I am excited for my next step. Keep y'all posted....
