Lower Back Pain: How to Release Tension Safely? ⤴️

The lower back often suffers from tightness, and the first instinct is to “stretch it out” with active movements.
🔗 But it’s important to know: not all movements are helpful — some can actually increase compression and pain.

What may worsen the issue (options on the right):
❌ Sharp forward bends with straight legs.
❌ Backbends without preparing the thoracic spine.
❌ Dynamic twisting of the lower back.

What helps (options on the left):
