I’m into whole food that tastes awesome.

This veggie muffin doesn’t come from a package, takes 20 minutes to make and I can pronounce all the ingredients.
You don’t need to substitute for better flours oils or sugar! You just need to make it like it and eat it (in moderation)

When your kids are home from school for the week but you have a food demo…..but your kids are home 🤦‍♀️!

HOWEVER they know if their snack isn’t two food groups they’ll be hangry later! Today’s snack, beet sorbet (recipe on my website). Yesterday’s snack was potato chips and fruit…..every day looks a little different but same concept remains! Keep your snacking functional!

Tip of the week: functional snacks

Aim for at least 2 food groups—like protein + healthy fat (or protein + carb).

Because let’s be honest… a lonely carb isn’t carrying anyone to the next meal.

Try pairing it up:
Pretzels + cheese
Crackers + nut butter
Fruit + yogurt

Balanced snacks = steady energy, fewer meltdowns, and a much smoother path through things like gymnastics… without the foot stomping 😉
