From delicious BBQ favorites and festive leis to music, laughter, and time spent together outdoors, our residents and staff had an amazing day soaking up the island vibes. Seeing everyone smiling, dancing, relaxing, and enjoying great food made this celebration one to remember!

Priorities, teamwork, and critical thinking in action! 🏥🧠

Our team recently participated in an engaging prioritization challenge, ranking real-life nursing home scenarios from most urgent to least urgent. From resident safety concerns and staffing challenges to family communication and operational issues, the activity encouraged collaboration, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills.

Learning doesn’t always happen in a classroom sometimes the best lessons come through teamwork, discussion, and a little friendly competition. These exercises help strengthen decision-making, improve communication, and ensure we’re always focused on what matters most: delivering safe, high-quality care to our residents.
