For the next seven years, as Generation Beta comes into the world from April '26, until May β33, futuristic Uranus will travel through curious Gemini. Of note in this wild year of the Fire Horse is how Uranus now enters the sign of the Twins, accompanied by Venus, bringing a vivid activation of connection, and relational intelligence to the mindβs neuroplasticity.
Altruistic Uranus is the Great Awakener that signifies innovation, electricity, sudden insight, and the collective field of shared awareness. It moves as a liberating force, opening pathways into the future and energising new forms of participation.
Venus travels closely with Uranus at these threshold moments, echoing her own mythic origin. Born from the cosmic sea, arising from the meeting of sky and matter, Venus carries the principle of love emerging from vast, impersonal influences into embodied beauty and relationship. At these profounds moments of sign change, Venus often mirrors Uranus, translating its electric impulse into human experience β into values, attraction, and the ways beings meet one another.
This pairing speaks directly to freedom in love. As taught by my mentor, Howard Sasportas, Uranus with Venus awakens relationships from habit into authenticity. Love becomes a field of awakening, where truth, individuality, and connection coexist dynamically. Be they familial, brotherly, sisterly, friends, co-workers, bonds form through close resonance rather than obligation, alive with space and mutual recognition and respect.
Now, as humanitarian Uranus enters Gemini, communication, networks, and community, the electrical current between man and machine, friends and communities becomes rapid, intelligent, and widely distributed. This will be a time of community cooperation.
The last passage of Uranus through Gemini in the 1940βs coincided with the expansion of electrical technologies β radios, early television, and household electrical goods β all reshaping daily life and perception. Venus was also in the sign of Uranus' shared planetary rulership. This was when the United Nations was formed. And when World War II came to an end, it was with countries combining forces to fight the negative side of Uranus: fascism.
And, with Venus present with Uranus for the second time as Uranus enters Gemini, this enticing connection extends into relational space: communication becomes more immediate, creative, and interconnected, shaping how people meet, share, and co-create - no matter how different we find each other, the common goals such as community, friendship, and connection are evident. Uranus teaches us that is it is our differences which makes humanity remarkable, more whole, more open-minded β as each unique person plays a part in our unity.
So be prepared: remember to take time to recharge when mentally overstimulated or challenged: this is going to be a time of enlivened exchange, where ideas spark quickly and relationships evolve with clarity and openness. When freedom in love finds its expression through dialogue, curiosity, and shared intelligence, the electric pulse of Uranus finds form through Venus in the living fabric of human connection. Who knows, we may even reach further together to the stars β Uranus is the planet of space travel, after all!
