We will never forget the horrific acts of terror that took place 25 years ago today.

Our hearts go out to the families that had their family, friends and loved ones taken from them during these events.

Thank you to all the brave men and women who sacrificed so much on that day.

For many today is the start of a fresh school year. One that brings new hope and growth. Founders Kristin Renee Polizzi and Tom Polizzi were so proud and excited to watch their rainbow baby, Ascher, enter into Pre-K so bravely and with such happiness.

We know that with this happiness and joy brings wonder and grief for many as they are missing a huge piece of their hearts. Infant loss is a life long journey and with each milestone that should be reached and is beautifully reached by siblings, their is always so much wonder in our hearts.

Know that you are not alone. You are not broken. Your children are not broken. You are stronger than you believe and sometimes may feel.

Today is International Bereaved Father's Day!

This is a day to honor those fathers who have experienced the profound loss of a child or pregnancy.

If you know a father who is living every day without one or more of his children by his side, give him some extra love today. It could be a simple call letting him know that you are thinking of him and his child. It could be his favorite food. It could be a quick friendly visit.

The length of a life doesn't dictate the impact a soul has on this world. Love is never ending.

All of us at Charlie Polizzi's Warrior of the Angels wish every bereaved father a gentle Bereaved Father's Day.
