Finding gratitude in the smallest things can change your whole attitude! My life isn't perfect. Psst...spoiler alert, nobody has a perfect life! However, you can move through the growing pains and the chaos of life's situations by focusing on all the wonderful things that constantly show up in your life!

I'm not suggesting stuffing or avoiding your triggers. You really need to do a deep dive in areas of your life that continue to hold you back from peace. But keep in mind as you do your own healing work your world opens up more to see the beauty that surrounds you daily. Sending peaceful healing energy out into the world.💞✨️✨️💞

Spring is in the air! One momma raccoon with 4 babies living in our tree! Poor momma having a hard time carrying each baby up as they squeal and cry for their turn to be carried up the tree. Nature is amazing. Always be open to the magic in each day and life will give you the most awesome gifts💕✨️💕

10 emails from Project 369 after no emails in over a year. OK, I am paying attention. Don't question. Just read the book. On a flight back to my parents' home. My mother is in ICU. There are no such things as coincidences! I welcome prayers for my mother.

Here are some pictures of just a few family and friends that are no longer in the physical. I have many memories from fun, just daily interactions to close personal shares with these beautiful souls. As a born psychic medium, it's taken me many years to accept and embrace this gift as well as the gift as a healer. I spent my life working as a nurse in different modalities, knowing I was a healer but never understanding the extent of my intuitive healing abilities. The plus side is I've been blessed to communicate with them from the other side. I've also seen and witnessed other people's growth and expansion from energetic healing practices.

As I was lounging in bed this evening, just playing on my phone, I had a visitor. In years past, I would have found this disturbing and / or startling. But now it's a common thing. I have the choice to engage or ignore as I did for years. They peeked in the doorway a couple of times, catching my attention. It was interesting because during that time I had decided to send a gift to a friend who recently lost her mother. My visitor was polite, letting me know they were there but waiting for acknowledgment. I decided to go downstairs for some privacy to see who was visiting me. It was my friends mother. Which now makes sense. She probably gave me the idea to send her daughter an angel carrousel that moves from the heat of a candle. I look forward to sharing this lovely interaction with my friend. I've never met her mother, but she clearly knew our connection. If you're missing someone you love tonight, just know they are closer to you than you realize. Talk to them. They are listening. Even if it's talking in your head, they can still hear you. Energy never dies it just transforms. Sending much love and prayers out into the world tonight. 💞✨️✨️💞

"I ALWAYS RELEASE WHAT DOESN'T SERVE ME!"
Don't get stuck in the muck. Recognize and release what doesn't serve you or your family for the highest good. Energy surrounds us. It can get stuck on you, but you have the power to not allow it to remain in your field. Think of a ballon with static electricity. Things will automatically stick to the balloon. Everything is made up of energy, and energy attracts energy. Ground and cleanse yourself daily from the chaos that exists outside of you so it doesn't get inside of you!
