My mind was officially blown.

I recently had the chance to see Gregg Braden live in NYC with Jean of Reiki Essence Healing for his Pure Human workshop, and I walked away with pages of notes, new perspectives, and so much to think about.

Gregg explored some fascinating ideas around human potential, consciousness, technology and AI, the heart-brain connection, and what we may be capable of when we begin to question the story we’ve been told about being human.

I’ve always been drawn to ideas that challenge us to look at ourselves and our potential a little differently, and this workshop definitely did that.
