Feeling tired? One culprit could be your hormones. Another: Low iron. I share my tips in a new article in The US Sun article by Tanith Carey!

IF you are constantly yawning and feeling tired all the time, you are far from alone. Unexplained tiredness is one of the most common reasons that people see their GP. According to a YouGov poll, 6…

And so it begins... Law enforcement in some parts of the U.S. will have legal rights to see your menstrual cycle tracker app data if they request it. I have warned about this privacy problem for years, and I'm hoping that if you live in an area where anyone other than you can demand access to your period tracking app that you switch to paper today. I have created my Hormonology Menstrual Cycle Tracker Journal (available at Amazon), which is a paperback tracking journal that you can use, but you can also use a notebook or dot graph ("bullet") journal. Then find a great hiding place for it. It's sad I have to dispense this advice, but here we are. Vote like your menstrual privacy depends on it....

Gov. Glenn Youngkin opposed a bill shielding data stored on period-tracking apps from law enforcement, which led to the measure being tabled.

TODAY IS THE DAY. This is the LAST day you can download my Hormone Horoscope or Female Forecaster apps. On Sunday, January 15, 2023, they are being permanently retired.

If you have the apps on your device now, they will not be deleted. But, you will not be able to download these apps from the App Store or Google Play.

I have NOT sold, licensed or given my Hormone Horoscope app content (the daily Hormone Horoscopes that give you a summary of your daily hormonal effects) to any other company or person. If you see an app offering Hormonology or Hormone Horoscopes, it's entirely unauthorized. I own the trademarks to the names Hormonology and Hormone Horoscope, so no one else has the right to use them. (If you find an app offering my content or using my trademarked names, please let me know.)

The good news? You can still find all the same Hormone Horoscopes you've loved in my apps in my book, 28 Days: What Your Cycle Reveals About Your Moods, Health & Potential, and you can track your cycle in my Hormonology Menstrual Cycle Tracker Journal, which are both available at Amazon.

More good news? My apps are retiring, but I am not! I will be releasing more Hormonology books, videos and other doodads that I'm sure you're going to love.

To learn more about why I retired my apps, click the link below.

THANK YOU for all your support of my Hormonology apps over the many years they've been around. I appreciate all your input and feedback, and all the many emails and messages I've received from you letting me know how much they've helped you and those you love. Hopefully, my books will help you even more!

By January 15, 2023, I will be permanently retiring all Hormonology apps including the Hormone Horoscope app and Female Forecaster app.

BIG reminder: I will be retiring all of my Hormonology apps by January 15, 2023. (To clear up any misunderstanding, *I* am not retiring--you can still get all of my Hormonology books at Amazon and I'll be releasing more!)

I'm only retiring my Hormone Horoscope and Female Forecaster apps. If you have not downloaded them yet, you have a few days to get them. If you have already downloaded them, they will not be removed from your device, but they will not be updated after January 15.

Going through perimenopause and have bothersome symptoms, such as anxiety, mood changes, insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats and aches?

According to two new U.S. surveys, 86% of perimenopausal women who've used ma*****na in the past are using it now to treat their symptoms. And, more surprisingly, 64% of women who've never used cannabis would try it to ease their cycle-related symptoms, too.

Are you using ma*****na to treat your perimenopausal anxiety, mood changes, insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats or other issues? If so, what's your experience been?

A 2022 U.S. survey reveals that when women have access to medical ma*****na, a whopping 86% use it to treat perimenopause symptoms.

Ever notice that on some days you race toward an adorable puppy faster or jump away from a scary snake more quickly? A new study in the journal Brain Sciences reveals that how quickly you approach something good and back away from something bad depends on where you are in your menstrual cycle!

Where you are in your menstrual cycle makes you faster at approaching something good and racing away from something bad, shows a 2022 study.
