🍁 THE INNER HARVEST 🍁
annual autumnal contemplative gathering
Saturday, October 24th
4 - 5pm
Berkshire Botanical Garden
Berkshire Botanical Garden
The autumn season beckons a shift towards turning inwards, to reflect on our inner worlds and to begin harvesting meaning in our lives as the leaves change color — reminding us that we are always in a state of transformation.
This is also a time of shedding. Being present, and embodying the knowing that cones from discerning what to put down and where our energies need to be focused, as we ease towards winter.
The natural world we belong within is a window to our own becoming, and seasonality is a part of our biology. When we slow down enough to notice this, we can begin attending to ourselves with kind witnessing and ease into these shifts.
The Inner Harvest takes place outdoors for the first half, and then seated indoors in the beautiful space of the art gallery in BBG's Center Building, for the rest of our time together.
Cone as you are. No meditation experience is needed to join us.
Registration via BBG is required to attend.
