A meaningful two weeks in Kenya.
As I reflect on the past two weeks, my heart is full of gratitude.
This trip reminded me that purpose can take many forms. Sometimes it looks like serving a community through health outreach. Other times, it looks like creating space for leaders to pause, reflect, and grow.
I had the privilege of serving through Heroes Against Diabetes, where our incredible team provided free screenings for diabetes, hypertension, and eye health to more than 200 community members. We also introduced conversations around mental well-being, recognizing that caring for the whole person is just as important as caring for physical health.
I was also honored to collaborate with Profiles International East Africa to facilitate The Leader Reset™, bringing leaders together for a morning of reflection, meaningful conversations, practical leadership tools, journaling, and breathwork. Watching leaders reconnect with themselves and one another was a powerful reminder that great leadership begins within.
To everyone who partnered with me, volunteered, attended, encouraged, and supported these initiatives; thank you. Your generosity, trust, and commitment made these experiences possible.
I returned to the U.S. inspired, humbled, and even more committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive: whether through community service, leadership development, or coaching.
Until next time, Kenya. ❤️🇰🇪
