‼️‼️Breaking & important‼️‼️A federal appeals court just blocked the mailing of abortion pills — nationwide. Not just in states with bans. Everywhere.

The 5th Circuit ruled that mifepristone can no longer be prescribed via telehealth or sent by mail, reverting to in-person-only requirements. Medication abortion now accounts for ~2/3 of all abortions in the U.S.

The pill’s manufacturer is already asking the Supreme Court to step in.

Still can’t get over Artemis II. 🌙

Watching Christina Koch become the first woman to travel around the moon made me think about something most people don’t know.

Until 1993, women weren’t required by law to be included in clinical trials. Doctors were treating women’s bodies based on research done entirely on men.

The law changed. But clinical trials take decades. Which means women are still living with that data gap today — in doctor’s offices, in misdiagnoses, in treatments that just don’t work as well.

We’ve come so far. And we still have so far to go.

On March 10, several advocates will be on Capitol Hill advocating for endometriosis and . Did you know that ablation and excision are reimbursed at the same rate but one takes less than an hour and one can take multiple hours?! This has incredible downstream impact on the care women receive.

of went to HHS several weeks ago but we need many conversations for this to move forward.

I’m sorry I can’t attend in person, but I’m thrilled to have helped the team book meetings with the NY State Senators. Follow .advocates as they share updates.

A huge thanks to and and their colleagues for writing a pivotal paper about how when the same procedure is done on a man and women, doctors are often reimbursed at half the rate of those done on men.
