Still can’t get over Artemis II. 🌙
Watching Christina Koch become the first woman to travel around the moon made me think about something most people don’t know.
Until 1993, women weren’t required by law to be included in clinical trials. Doctors were treating women’s bodies based on research done entirely on men.
The law changed. But clinical trials take decades. Which means women are still living with that data gap today — in doctor’s offices, in misdiagnoses, in treatments that just don’t work as well.
We’ve come so far. And we still have so far to go.
