Going out to eat, going to a party, standing at a buffet....these are all things that many women feel stress and anxiety around because of their weight.
They don't have the freedom to eat what they want, or they feel guilty so they practice being "good" by skipping dessert and then binge when they get home..
Maybe they don't want anyone to know their struggles or see them eating at all, if they are overweight.
If this speaks to you, then it's time to do something different. Having the freedom to go out to eat with friends or to go to a party without worry of overeating is tangible, but it won't happen if you continue to diet and follow food rules.
