Hi, I’m Erick Gordon Licensed Massage Therapist, Body Sculpting Expert, and the founder of Head to Toe Healing. My purpose is simple: I help men and women reclaim their health, their confidence, and their peace so they can show up fully in their lives. My journey into healing started long before I

ever touched a massage table. I witnessed too many people I love suffer from stress, physical pain, emotional overload, and preventable health issues especially in the Black community. I realized something powerful:
👉 Men and women don’t just need relaxation. We need restoration. We need knowledge. We need support that helps us survive and thrive. That’s why I dedicated my life to creating a space where both men and women can experience:
Physical healing
Emotional release
Confidence in their bodies
Education that saves lives
Self-care rituals that bring balance
A deeper connection to their own wellness
I’m especially passionate about empowering women pregnant moms, new moms, and women on their healing journey because the reality is this:
💜 Black women are dying at higher rates from preventable pregnancy complications.
💜 Stress, trauma, and lack of support are hurting our families.
💜 Self-care isn’t a luxury. It’s a lifeline. But I don’t just serve women
I also serve the men who love them. Men need healing too. They carry stress, pressure, and unspoken responsibilities that often go untreated. They also need the tools to support the women in their lives, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. My mission is to teach both men and women how to:

✔ Strengthen their bodies
✔ Reduce stress
✔ Improve circulation
✔ Restore emotional balance
✔ Build strong, healthy family foundations
Through classes, retreats, wellness sessions, body sculpting, facial rituals, pregnancy safety education, and holistic spa experiences my goal is to give you everything you need to become the healthiest version of yourself. Because when we heal the individual…
we heal the family. And when we heal the family…
we heal the community. I’m honored to walk this healing journey with you from the inside out.
