No green smoothie but 3x the amounts of leafy greens per day with these delicious salads. Also been craving anchovies and sardines. Have you tried canned sardines? The best I’ve ever had and worth the price… the oil is also amazing why I enjoy them a spouted buckwheat English muffin.

Bok choy, parsley, celery, chives, cucumber and Jalapeno for greens
Red bell pepper, tomatoes, lemon juice.
