Dear ones,

For a long time, I have been observing the journeys of participants within the online activations — how your perception expands, how your inner states evolve, and how deeply these practices support transformation.

At the same time, I have also been considering the reality of modern life: time, responsibilities, economic circumstances, and the intensity of daily routines many people are navigating today.

Because of this, I felt called to make the online Kundalini Activation experience more accessible for those who already practice with me regularly and are familiar with the process.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on how many people quietly carry so much within themselves.

Not necessarily because life is falling apart…
but because the nervous system rarely gets a chance to truly exhale.
Because the mind becomes too loud.
Because somewhere along the way we lose the deep connection with our own inner voice.

This is one of the reasons why I continue holding Kundalini Activation sessions after all these years.

Not as a trend.
But as a genuine space where people can reconnect with their body, emotions, energy and consciousness in a deeply honest and loving way.

Over time, our Saturday online classes have become much more than just a weekly practice.
