I want to share this veteran that I helped experience in hopes that this will help others get the correct rating
So I'm a Physician Assistant with extensive background. I have near 15 years of experience and I treated workers compensation and no fault patients for several years.

This veteran went to medical infrequently around 2000-2007 sustained a trauma during deployment and developed severe back pain, parasthesias to lower extremities

The veteran filed after a c &p exam which was scheduled by the VA and received 0 percent and was denied service connected stating no service connection injury was documented

I provided a nexus letter linking the traumatic event with back pain . I reviewed all mris , xrays pt Evans, consults, medical records including in nexus letter .Almost a year later veteran received 70 percent for low back pain, bl radiculopathy, ivdd

So happy to help this veteran!
