Supportive routines | Beauty and the Universe ⛰

With the Moon in Virgo, we can be more aware of the daily routines that really support our health and well-being. The food we eat, the way we move our bodies, our self-care rituals, etc.

For me, spending time in nature is a crucial part of my well-being. This is a view from my regular local hike. Whenever I lose my serenity I come here. It restores my calm and my sense of balance. Breathing in this mountaintop perspective and beauty brings me back to myself.

BE VISIONARY | Jupiter enters Aquarius⚡️

Jupiter enters Aquarius today, signaling a big collective energetic shift.

Jupiter, god of the heavens, represents our innate capacity for faith and optimism in life. When we embody this faith, good things naturally come to us. Commonly seen in astrology as the planet of luck, Jupiter is really the planet of opportunity. By spotting opportunities everywhere, and having the faith and courage to act on them, we operate from our state of inner abundance (optimism) — and therefore exercise our ability to manifest outer abundance.

Jupiter will be in Aquarius until the end of the year, and right now it’s still retrograde. Big picture-wise, a shift from the water element (Pisces) to the air element (Aquarius) means a shift from a focus on the emotions to a focus on the intellect.

Aquarius rules abstract thinking, the collective unconscious, a focus on the future and the trajectory of humanity itself. It’s about freeing our minds from the limitations of what we already know. We don’t know what we don’t know! And, what we don’t know might free us.

Whenever Jupiter transits Aquarius, the public conversation inevitably focuses more on questions about our specie’s and planet’s future, the newest technology, outer space exploration, and enlightenment.

Jupiter in Aquarius is an expansion of our visionary capabilities. And when we all change our minds, we all change the world.

Today’s billionaires seem to think that the answer to humanity’s dysfunction on our planet — which they themselves have largely engineered! — is a geographical cure. An escape to another planet. But I think the rest of us can envision better than that, for the whole collective — including our planet.

SELF-AWARE | Sun enters Leo 🦁

The Sun moves into Leo today, and the Sun’s move into the next sign always signals a big collective energy shift.

Following the sensitive, vulnerable feelings-world of Cancer, Leo is all about taking what’s inside and projecting it out into the world — your creation of art, creation of drama and spectacle, creation of your own reality.

Leo represents passionate, messy, creative energy. Ruled by the Sun, Leo at its best is magnanimous, bright, and generous. At its worst it’s grandiose, narcissistic, and selfish.

FINDING WARMTH | Beauty and the Universe ✨

When I’m exhausted from working so hard as a single mama and my heart wants to shut down to the world around me, I drive up a mountain and hang out with the redwood trees.

Resting my gaze on their color and texture fills my heart with warmth. The surface is so soft and also intricate. The color is so vibrant.

Thank you Universe for this beauty. Mother Nature always warms my heart and soothes my Soul.

Self care involves recognizing, forgiving, thanking and loving yourself. 💦

There are many versions of the ho’opnopono prayer, but I personally love this one. Say your name at the end of each phrase, and repeat as many times as you wish. See how it feels to be intimate and vulnerable with yourself.

You deserve your own love and care more than anyone.

I just returned from a road trip with my son. It was so important to have time away from work and from social media.

I followed this winding seaweed along the shoreline... an exquisite necklace created by the waves... 📿 I am reminded every day that Mother Nature is the original artist, and that we are all part of her performance art.

✨ INNER KNOWING | Jupiter Stations Retrograde + Sun enters Cancer 💦

This morning, Jupiter stations Retrograde in Pisces. Tonight, the Sun ingresses into Cancer.

Jupiter represents our innate capacity for faith — a trust, a knowing, a conviction — in the ultimate goodness of life. While Jupiter travels Retrograde in the sign of Pisces, the collective call is for faith to become more rooted in our inner knowing. To not take our direction from outside, but from inside. This can be difficult. With a world rife with factions and extremism, the pressure to “other” one another is strong. The expectation to “choose a side” on every issue and then fall in line is also strong, making most folks afraid to speak their actual truth which is usually more nuanced.

The Sun’s move into the next sign always signals a big collective energy shift. Now, after the busy mental energy of Gemini, Sun in Cancer pulls us inward, into our emotional sense of self and the deep desire for nurture. Because watery, sensitive Cancer represents our primary emotions, our primal need for safety and nurturing, and our ability to both give and receive care, the sign of the crab is all about tending to our homes, our private inner worlds, and yes, our inner children. When we are nurtured and we nurture, we allow ourselves to be fully human, and to trust — this is the birthplace of faith in the goodness of life.

So the Sun and Jupiter are working together to invite this soft, watery surrender into the Soul, the seat of our inner knowing. The seat of our power. Daydreaming (a basic Cancerian strategy) can be as much a portal to the Soul as meditation (a basic Piscean strategy). I strongly suggest both. And if you can spend time playing at the ocean, do it!

Hello! 👋

Many of you are new to Blueprint Astrology and I want to take a minute to re-introduce myself.

I am Anna Christina. An astrologer, mother and student of the universe. Right now I am based in Los Angeles, CA and when I am not working with clients you can generally find me hanging out with my son, hiking a mountain, dancing to loud music or playing an instrument.

I was introduced to the transformative practice of astrology by my father at age 14 and my life has been blessed by its evolving wisdom ever since. I’ve been counseling clients one-on-one for a decade now.

As an astrological coach I practice Western astrology, spiritual philosophy, meditation, and body intelligence to guide you through your journey of awareness, healing and clarity.

Like each of us, the universe has cycles and patterns. I work with my clients to explore those cycles and patterns and how they affect us as individuals and as a collective. I want my clients to feel in flow with the universe and access their authentic self so they can step into their power with confidence.
