There are some moments that make all the waiting, planning, paperwork, appointments, and uncertainty fade into the background.

For Nicole and her wife, that moment is almost here.

After choosing reciprocal IVF as their path to parenthood, they’re getting ready to meet the baby they’ve dreamed about for so long.

No one should have to navigate postpartum depression alone.

Nissan employee and Progyny member Jessica and her Progyny Care Advocate share how compassionate, human-to-human support helped her through one of the most difficult chapters of her motherhood journey. Because real support means having someone who listens, understands, and stays with you every step of the way.

This Mother’s Day, we recognize and celebrate all who are mothers, aspiring to be mothers, or sharing the day with the mothers in their lives. We also honor that every path to and through motherhood is unique, each shaped by its own journey of emotion, resilience, and love.

Today, we share a few real stories from Progyny members who have experienced motherhood in different ways — through choosing single motherhood, navigating fertility treatments, and managing postpartum depression.

Whether you’re growing your family, reflecting on your journey, supporting someone you love, or still finding your way: you are seen, and you are not alone. ❤️

We’d love to hear from you this Mother’s Day. Share your story in the comments below or click the link to tell us more about your journey: https://progyny.com/share-your-progyny-story/

National Infertility Awareness Week highlights the strength, hope, and courage behind every family‑building journey. We acknowledge there are many paths to parenthood and the resilience behind each one. Through inclusive family‑building benefits offered by our partners at Progyny we're committed to supporting Team Members wherever their journey leads.

David, a Supply Chain Planning Manager, and his wife, Christina, navigated their fertility journey together and are now sharing their story to help foster awareness and connection. Today, they are proud parents of three children, each welcomed through IVF with the same clinic and supported by Progyny.

Reflecting on their experience, David and Christina share a simple but powerful message for anyone beginning a fertility journey: don’t do it alone. They stress the importance of connecting with others who understand both the medical and emotional aspects of fertility treatment. If their story can be a steady, reassuring voice for others, they are grateful to share it.
