Meet Javier, a 15-year-old from Arizona whose LBFF journey is supported by the people who love him most. 💛

As he receives care for auricular reconstruction, his family is right beside him, including his aunt, who helps translate for his mom. It is a reminder that every child’s care journey is also a family journey, shaped by trust, advocacy, and love.

Gogi has taken another step forward in his care journey with LBFF.

He recently underwent another procedure, with additional monitoring planned as his school semester comes to a close. As his team continues to evaluate the next steps with him, we are reminded that every part of this journey takes patience, trust, and support.

Every step forward reflects not only medical care, but the steady love and commitment of the family beside him.

📍Follow along as we continue to share Gogi’s journey.

Your donation can help open the door to life-changing care for a child who may not otherwise have access to reconstructive surgery. 💛

At Little Baby Face Foundation, many surgeon hours and operating rooms are donated. That means your gift helps cover the critical costs that make care possible, including specialized equipment fees, travel, lodging, and support for families during the journey.

Our newest blog shares how donations help build global access to surgery and why every gift matters.

This Mother’s Day, we are honoring the mothers who carry so much of the journey before anyone else sees it.

They are the ones asking questions, filling out forms, booking appointments, comforting their children, and holding hope through every unknown. Their love is not always loud, but it is steady. It shows up in the quiet decisions, the long waits, and the brave steps forward.

To the mothers of children with facial differences: we see your strength. We see your care. We are grateful to walk beside you. 💕

Behind every child’s journey is a mother carrying fear, hope, decisions, and love that most people never see.

Before Madam even arrives for surgery this May, her mother has already been carrying the first part of the journey: advocating, applying, preparing, and holding hope for her daughter’s future.

Madam will travel with her mother, newborn sibling, and grandmother as they take this next step with LBFF. Her surgery will be performed by Dr. Romo, continuing a connection that began through ACS Chicago.

This Mother’s Day season, Madam’s story reminds us that a mother’s love often begins long before the world sees the fight.
