Did you know that your phone could be the reason why you cannot concentrate on tasks and often get irritated by the smallest things? Our brain is still in a relaxed hypnotic state when we wake up. Therefore, scrolling through our phones the second we wake up causes us to be reactive and distracted for the rest of the day.

The first step to facing any type of problem is taking a deep breath in. By doing so, your body releases toxins, reduces stress and reduces muscle tension. This will bring your mind to a blank slate and allow rational thinking.
Mindfulness is something that is extremely overlooked by people who are going through hard times.
