Complete the sentence: ”Promises are made to be………?”
I hope you did not say “broken.” Promises when made should be fulfilled. Commitments should be delivered some times even when it translates to our own loss. Word said should be as good as gold. This is now one gains credibility and trustworthiness. Many do not know that this is the principle behind sustainable success whether in business or career. But those who do they experience true success.

What kills our goals, our plans, is not the lack of skills or resources but most often than not it is the illusion that we can always do it tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, and the day after that, well you get the drift. Truth is, if you want to have that great body, if you want to be at the top of your health, the time to start is now, yes, like right now. There is nothing, absolutely nothing in this world that can ruin your goals, faster than procastination.

Meanwhile, a little trivia, Do you know that salad dressings have a long and colorful history, dating back to ancient times. The Babylonians used oil and vinegar for dressing greens nearly 2,000 years ago. Egyptians favored a salad dressed with oil, vinegar and Asian spices. Mayonnaise is said to have made its debut at a French Nobleman’s table over 200 years ago.

Olive Garden probably isn’t the fanciest restaurant in the world, but I think everyone would agree they totally nailed it when they created their house salad dressing. It is so addicting!
